Thanks for shopping through my small business. I appreciate the fact that you like to buy the cool things I make. I also want to make sure you have a rewarding experience while you’re exploring and purchasing my products, whether you’re at a Comic Con visiting me in person or shopping online
As with any shopping experience, there are terms and conditions that apply to transactions through my small business. The main thing to remember is that by placing an order or making a purchase, you agree to the terms set forth below.
Standard Return Policy
I believe you will be thrilled with the products you purchase from me. That’s because I go out of my way to ensure that they’re created with a touch of magic and in depth thought. I understand, however, that sometimes a product may not be what you expected it to be. In that unlikely event, I invite you to review the following terms related to returning a product.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. You shall return it with its included accessories/items/parts/glassware along with the original receipt (or gift receipt) within 14 days of the date you receive the product, and we’ll exchange it or offer a refund based upon the original payment method.
Once I have received your item, I will inspect it and notify you that I have received your returned item. If your return is fully approved, I will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable.
